Professional Development Placements, PDPs, provide an opportunity for teachers, lecturers and support staff to spend time with a company or organisation as a form of professional development. PDPs:

• Can be a twilight session, half or full day or for an extended period of time
• Are arranged to suit the school, teacher and employer
• Are planned, structured and focused
• Support links with employers.
