Keeping up the relentless pace that characterised 2011 right until the bitter end, the Department for Education released a report from the National Curriculum review expert panel at the end of December. Announcing that the new curriculum for all subjects will now come into force from 2014, the report gives a fascinating glimpse into what the changes might mean for primary schools.
